Emergencies happen, and sometimes we all need advice on how to proceed with a meeting later in the day, or for assistance on what to do about a recent development. This is why we have introduced emergency bookings. Let’s see what these services are and how they benefit you.
Emergency bookings whether phone, skype or email, take priority over standard bookings and I keep two slots open per day for emergency readings. This means that even when the online schedule shows as full, we can accommodate by allowing in an extra booking for the day.
Emergency phone or skype readings are scheduled via the emergency readings page. These appointments are almost always available same-day, or within 24 hours on working days (Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm GMT+2) and are available at a higher rate.
Emergency email readings are delivered within 24 hours on working days (Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm GMT+2), and this means that you’ll receive an answer within one day. So, if you order at 1pm on a Monday, the latest you can expect an answer is 1pm Tuesday. If possible, I try to process these readings faster, so you could potentially have a response within a few hours, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Standard readings can be booked via the online scheduler, 24+ hours in advance. The rates are lower, but these appointments require a longer waiting period. Standard email readings are still available, and are delivered 42-72 hours from payment and questions received on working days (Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm GMT+2)
That means that a standard phone reading means waiting a minimum of one day, sometimes longer, depending on the day and slot you book. Email readings take 2-3 working days, which means that if you order 1pm on a Monday, you will have an answer by 1pm Wednesday at the earliest, and 1pm Thursday at the latest.
