Former manager Colin Bell was appointed head coach of the Aberdeen women’s team in Scotland

Former women’s soccer team coach Colin Bell, who was the longest-serving head coach of Korean soccer, will take the helm of the Scottish Aberdeen women’s team.

Aberdeen announced on the 27th that it had appointed Bell as the women’s team coach.

Bell has a high name value in women’s soccer. Born in the U.K., Bell has nationality from both the U.K. and Germany, he was highly evaluated in various aspects including sociability, communication skills and tactical skills. On the European stage, he coached the Eintracht Frankfurt Women’s Team from 2013, winning the top spot in the German Football Association (DFB)-Pokal in 2014, and winning the Women’s European Champions League in 2015. 안전놀이터

Bell then moved to the national team, where she coached the Irish and Korean women’s teams. Notably, she became the longest-serving coach in Korea, having served as the coach for four years and eight months from 2019 to June this year. At the 2022 Women’s Asian Cup, she reached the final, setting a new record.

“I wanted to take on a new challenge. Aberdeen is a team with tremendous potential,” Bell said. “I want to produce results and achieve real success in Aberdeen.”
