Former Doosan Foreign Flexen signs contract with White Sox for $1.75 million per year

Right-hander Chris Flexen (29) heads to Chicago.

Local media such as “ESPN” and “USA Today” reported on the 30th (Korea time) that Flexen agreed to a contract with the Chicago White Sox.

The contract is worth 1.75 million U.S. dollars per year. In addition, 1 million dollars of incentives are included.

In 2021, he pitched in 31 games and 1792/3 innings, recording 14 wins, 6 losses and a 3.61 ERA.

The 2023 season was a bit disappointing. He pitched in 17 games with Seattle and was sluggish with a 7.71 ERA, and was released again after being traded to the Mets.

He got a new opportunity with the Colorado Rockies. He pitched 60 1/3 innings in 12 games with a 6.27 ERA. 랭크카지노

The most disappointing thing in the 2023 season was homers. He pitched 10 1/3 innings and allowed 25 homers. The number was 2.2 per nine innings.

In the White Sox, he looks to get a chance as a starter.

Earlier, the White Sox recruited Eric Peddy, who played for the NC Dinos in the KBO League, for two years and 15 million dollars. Only two KBO League pitchers have been recruited.
